The room cleaning service was great. It made returning each day such a pleasure. The animation team organized enjoyable activities, including aqua gym and darts. The food buffet had varied dishes and desserts. Restaurant staff were consistently polite.

The staff were consistently attentive. They quickly addressed my requests. the room was very clean and well kept throughout my stay. i also found the variety of food options to be quite satisfying, as many different choices were available. finally, the animation team created fun activities.

the gym equipment could use some updating, i noted slightly older models.

staff were so friendly! i was happy with the food, and it had a great variety. the general manager paid close attention and listened to customer feedback, i saw them addressing concerns. i had a great time, and i will recommend this hotel to anyone!

the waiters are not professional at all, and this is not okay.
